In RAAI, we learn from the experts. For instance, the 2019 symposium of RAAI was focused on the real challenges and gains of running research institutes. It saw in attendance experienced researchers as well as managers of research institutes and Think Tank who gave deep insights on the topic. Also, in attendance were members and friends of RAAI of which most are young researchers in different institutes in Jena, Germany and other parts of Europe
