For Diversity, Education and Research
Kick-Start Your Journey with Valuable Insights and Networks
Moving to a new country can be both exciting and challenging. For many international students, researchers, and young professionals, adapting to a new environment often comes with experiences such as cultural shock, social isolation, and difficulties in building meaningful connections.
Live the Future Now – For Diversity, Education and Research was created to address these challenges by providing a welcoming platform for English-speaking international students, researchers, and young professionals in Germany.
Funded by the State of Thuringia and the University of Jena, this initiative supports participants in their transition to a new academic, professional, and social environment while promoting diversity, inclusion, and intercultural understanding.

The event concluded with an exciting hiking and sightseeing experience, creating opportunities for participants to build friendships, expand their networks, and discover the beauty of the Thuringia region.
